All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with tracked delivery. We handle customs documentation for international shipments. However, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Important: Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored improperly. Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or lost orders as outlined in our full Returns & Refunds policy.
