The return address is generic and does not mention “Pharmacy Express” or “peptides.” For international orders, customs declarations list contents as “research chemicals” or “laboratory supplies” as legally required.
Will my order pass through customs?
Yes, we include all necessary customs documentation for research peptides. Our products are labeled “Research Use Only” and are legally shipped for laboratory purposes. However, customs regulations vary by country. We are not responsible for customs seizures in jurisdictions where research peptides are restricted. Please verify local regulations before ordering.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
All orders are insured against loss and damage. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at sales@pharmacyexpress247.com. We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or full refund if the issue is confirmed. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, we cannot redirect packages. Contact our support team immediately via live chat or email with your order number and new address. We strongly recommend double-checking your address before checkout to avoid delays.
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes, orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. Express delivery orders receive priority processing and are always dispatched same day if placed before the cutoff.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Orders under £150 are typically delivered without signature. Orders over £150 and all express deliveries require a signature for security. If you are not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

COA Mismatch
